The Challenge:
For many people, the encounter with Scripture is limited to the excerpts that are read on Sunday morning. Many observers report that members are biblically illiterate, that they are afraid to engage Scripture, and that they don’t know where or how to start reading. As a result, we are losing touch with the power of Scripture and with what God is doing and wants to do in and through us.
So we are taking the challenge and stepping out in faith!
The Book of Faith is life giving! It is through the Bible, our Book of Faith, that we learn the life giving message of God’s love through Jesus.
