On May 16th, Bethel Youth will be volunteering at Children’s Hospital Colorado to provide some fun activities for children who are patients and their families. Children’s Hospital is also in need of what are called “distraction kits” for patients. These are little items that will ease anxiety as the children receive IVs, blood draws and other test procedures. The Executive Board of the Council, Pastor Barb and Gene Murray have been working on a revision of the church constitution to align it with that of the ELCA. On June 24th, at the congregational meeting, we will have to vote on these changes.
